Who do I contact for help?
If you are having trouble using this web site, contact LDS Church support by sending an email to member.support@ldschurch.org, or by calling 1-800-453-3860, extension 2-3500. If you have questions about reserving or using a particular recreation property, contact the property scheduler, listed on the Contact Us page.
To which property is my stake or ward assigned?
Every ward and stake in the Utah North Area is assigned to one or more properties. For a list of assignments, see the Contact Us page.
How do I make a reservation?
The reservation process has several steps. First, select a property to reserve. You can browse the property descriptions by clicking the "Property Information" tab on our home page. When you have chosen a property, click on "Availability" to see its calendar of available dates. Choose a date and then you will be able to select specific campsites and dates to reserve. You will be asked for contact information and then you can confirm your reservation. You and your stake president will receive an email confirming your reservation.
What if I'm not scheduling a Young Women camp?
First priority is given to Young Women camps, but we want to make our properties available for other uses when the Young Women are not using them. See the priority schedule on the home page for information on when other activities can be scheduled.
How do I reserve a property for an activity that is not sponsored by a ward or stake?
This web site is set up only to schedule Utah North Area ward and stake activities. All other guests should contact the property scheduler to make a reservation.
