Tent Area
About Cobble Creek

This 80-acre camp is located 8 miles east of Huntsville Utah on Highway 39. The camp is 1 mile off the highway on a dirt road through forest service land in an open canyon. The terrain is mountainous with low hills mostly oak brush and a few aspens. The camp has 25 campsites with tables, a fire bowl, tent areas and water faucets. There is an amphitheater, 2 pavilions, 2 restroom buildings, 1 restroom with showers. The camp has a large flat area for all types of games, a volleyball court and an archery range. While this camp has limited shade the openness and seclusion makes it unique. The camp is simular to a US Forest Service Camp in which each campground has a parking area for a vehicle, picnic table, metal fire pit and and tent area. Water faucets are located with short walking distance of each campground. Suggested groupings of campgrounds are listed in the narrative descriptions of each camp ground for larger groups.
