   This ten-acre camp is located on the North Fork of the Ogden River, about five miles from the town of Eden, Utah where stores and gas is available. Pineview Reservoir is 5 -10 miles away. Accessed to the camp gate is a paved road. NOTE: THE ROAD INTO THE CAMP IS GRAVEL AND NARROW AND WINDING. TRAILERS, 5TH WHEELS, MOTOR HOMES. etc.ARE NOT RECOMMENDED. BESIDES THE ROAD THERE ARE NO DUMPING AND ELECTRICITY FOR THEM. This camp is situated in river bottom terrain and is surrounded by farmland. Large cottonwood and aspen trees provide good shade. The camp has two lodges, both with a kitchen area, restrooms and showers. There is also a pavilion, amphitheater, and a volleyball court. This camp has a large grass-covered area of for activities. Camp sites for setting up tents. While it is close to civilization, it is well secured and has electrical power and city water. SPECIAL NOTE: For campsite purposes, the camp is divided into two areas, a North Area and a South Area. The North area may schedule the log (old)lodge while the South area may schedule the block (new) lodge. Each of these areas is capable of accommodating up to 40 young women and their leaders. By 2010 we will have a new restroom building. If you have more than 50 you may want to reserve both North and South areas. If less than 40, another group may be in the camp at the same time. CAMP FEES: A $50.00 deposit is required within 20 days of reservation. This deposit will be returned if camp is left clean. If camp is not left clean a cleaning fee will be charged. Unless other arrangements are made and approved in writng by the camp committee the standard camp fee is: $10.00 per person (this includes girls, leaders and PH leaders) per camp period for young womens camp. Contact camp manager for fees of other church and families activities. There is a charge for use of the lodges. Camp Users should plan on bring equipment, supplies etc. on the day they start camp use, unless others arrangements are made. However it may not be possible. The camp only provides garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels for the restrooms. All other items are the responsbility of the camp usere. Camp Users should insure that they have medical help with their group. Camp Users should insure that they have sufficient priesthood brethren at the camp at ALL times to quarantee the safety of the young women. The Roy camp may restreak fires inaccordance with local fire regulations. Users should bring fire screens if they intend on having fires.
