MAKING A RESERVATION
The reservation process has several steps. First, select a property to reserve. You can browse the property descriptions by clicking the "Property Information" tab above. When you have chosen a property, click on "Availability" to see its calendar of available dates. Choose a date and then you will be able to select specific campsites and dates to reserve. You will be asked for contact information and then you can confirm your reservation. You and your stake president will receive an email confirming your reservation.

There are a few important items you should note.

(1) Some of the properties have only approximate guesses for the actual maximum capacity of various campsites. If you are not sure your group will fit in the campsites you are reserving, check with the property scheduler.

(2) After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation receipt by email. Please print the confirmation page for your records. Carefully read the policies and instructions.

(3) Please do not try to hold two spots open for a single activity so you can choose only one later. This makes it harder to accommodate all the stakes and wards. After the priority time period has passed, your stake or ward can make additional requests. This policy will help to make better use of the recreation properties.
